Assessment - Project Management Plan
Task
Building on the assessment work you've submitted thus far, as a culmination piece, you are required to individually develop a nine-page project management plan for the organisation outlined in the case study chosen in the first assessment. This plan must include a well-structured proposal for implementing the project management software recommended in your second assessment. To effectively develop this proposal, apply relevant theories and concepts covered from Weeks 1 to 12, ensuring that these insights are meaningfully integrated to address the organisation's specific needs.
