ASSESSMENT - BUSINESS PLAN PROPOSAL
This assessment relates to learning outcomes -
- Explain the concepts and theories of entrepreneurship, innovation and creativity to start and manage a new business or enterprise.
- Apply common pragmatic investigation/research methods within the context of a new enterprise development and/or small business.
- Employ communication skills and theories within a marketing and small business context to improve entity performance.
OVERVIEW - The purpose of this assignment is to create an initial industry-level business plan at the industry level. In the process of creating the business plan you will explain and apply the theories of entrepreneurship to a new enterprise.
GUIDELINES - In this assessment you will need to prepare the documentation for a new enterprise/small business in New Zealand. This will help you avoid risks and create better conditions for success of your future business.
The idea for your new enterprise has to be coordinated with your lecturer.
Please create a business proposal that describes a new business you could start and includes the following components:
- General description of the Business Idea including USP
- The goal and mission of the new enterprise
- The proposed business strategy
- SWOT and PESTLE analysis
- Competitor analysis
PREFERRED STRUCTURE -
