You are tasked by the Vice President of Operations of the employee physician group to create an infographic that can be sent to all employees. The infographic is to educate the employees on accountability in healthcare. See details below on what you will need to include in your infographic. 

Attached is an example of the American Heart Association's Infographic on High Blood Pressure so you can see what your infographic should include.  

Make an Infographic by addressing the following. Make  a reference list at the bottom of the infographic. The infographic must be pleasing to the eye. Include thorough details, but don't make it too busy. It must be professional-looking and include references according to  formatting guidelines at the bottom of the infographic. 

• Statements that explain the importance of accountability in the health care industry
• Explain how employees will be measured on accountability.
• Include at least two examples of ethical decision-making and poor decision-making.
• Illustrate or explain the checks-and-balances process within an organization.
• List at least two positive impacts that accountability can have on the organizational culture.
• List at least two negative impacts that the lack of accountability can have on the organizational culture.
• Identify the steps to take to maintain a positive working culture and avoid a culture of blame.
• Conclude your infographic with an impact statement.

Your infographic should be pleasing to the eye, professional-looking, and it should consider your audience: all staff members working in the physician group. 

• Thorough details are required but the infographic should not be too busy.
• Appropriate font size and style are required (use a San Serif font, such as Calibri or Arial).
• Appropriate color contrast is required (use a dark background with light-color text or a light background with dark-color text).
