Using the Secondary School Success Checklist from Lesson 11,
1) choose 3 skills one focused on social skills, one focused on communication, one focused on organization).
2) Create an IEP goal for each skill.
3) Ensure that each goal is observable, measurable, and specific to that skill
4) Create and upload a data sheet for each skill
5) Describe how and how often you would collect data on each skill.
6 How would you use the information from data collection to determine student progress and assess effectiveness of intervention?
7) Describe an instructional support you would use to teach each skill
8) Describe what advice you would offer to a family to help child generalize each skill to the home and community
10) What feedback would you like from peers/instructor on your goals and plan? What question do you have?
