Part I
Write 2 pages (400+ words) reflection paper on steps you can take to let go of a conflict. Be sure to address the following:
1. How do you ensure that old conflicts do not affect your future life?
2. How do you let go of the hurt feelings that come with a conflict?
Part II
You have just completed a three month long project where you met with your team weekly. The problem was hard and your team had some struggles but eventually completed the task and did quite well. As your team readies to disband, you want to complete an exit survey to assess how each team member felt about the team problem and the team process. As a good leader, you know that this survey is an effective tool in creating better and stronger teams in the future.
1. For this problem create an exit survey you can administer to your team. This can be done on word or on a public survey tool like Survey Monkey or Zoomerang.
2. You must select the questions and determine why these questions are the most effective at evaluating your team performance and sharing ways you can improve future teams.
