a. How has Tony Hsieh embraced ethical leadership to create an ethical culture at Zappos? You must include in your answer some of the seven habits of strong ethical leaders and explain the habits you choose in the context of Hsieh's leadership.
b. What type of leader is Tony Hsieh? (It could be more than one!) You must explain the type(s) of leader Hsieh is using in the context of the case with examples (Do not just say he is a psychopathic leader. Rather explain why he is by using the case as support).
c. Based on the Work Environment of Zappos, how would you describe their organizational culture and why? Ensure to provide examples.
d. One of Zappos's Ethical Challenges, the Theft of Customer Information, upset many customers due to how the Company handled the hacking. If you were the CEO at the time of the incident, how may you have handled the situation differently? In your answer, you must apply the RADAR model.
