Scenario:

You are the Practice Manager at a large physician practice associated with a healthcare system within your region.

Your practice has been impacted by the following challenges over the past year:

1) Management of Health Information in Telehealth/Telemedicine and Management of Patient-Generated Data. You realize that that your staff and healthcare providers need education on these topics and that the practice needs to put in place some standardized best practices for management of these topics. You have decided that the best way to share this information will be in the form of an infographic.

Project Assumptions:
1) Telehealth/Telemedicine will be utilized now and going forward within your practice.
2) Patient-Generated Data is being utilized to manage chronic conditions and provide ongoing care for patients.
3) If your healthcare organization created policies addressing the issue that you select, you can utilize some of the information in your infographic. Make sure you provide appropriate references. Also make sure that deidentify any sensitive information that you obtain from your healthcare organization.
