Curriculum Planning Assignment -Educational Activities for Infants and Toddlers

Students are invited to create an appropriate curriculum plan consisting of age-appropriate activities for a group of infants or toddlers. Students will pick a child profile and create a list of activity ideas for this child based on their age, abilities and skills.

Using what has been learned from in-class lectures, chapters from the text, handouts and discussions, this assignment will be done alone and handed in on the last day of classes.

Students will be required to submit three activity plans (i.e., sensory, gross motor, language) based on the list of objectives that will be created by the student. Students will also include a complete Daily Communication Sheet for the parents and a brief Child Summary based on the planned activities.
