Thank you. While the paper was good it was not in the scope of diversity. It is to be on a fictional company's diversity policy and procedures. The added note from the instructor gave more direction for this paper.
Thanks for the update. However there was no specific instructor comments n hypothetic company will not add that much value so considered a established one.

Here is additional info from the instructor....... Thank you for reaching out. My advice is this - feel free to combine elements from each to come up with your own policy. That may help out. Here are some links to the diversity policies of some of the largest companies in the US that may provide additional ideas: http://www.kelloggcompany.com/en_US/about-diversity.html http://www.jnj.com/about-jnj/diversity I would like to know a bit more about what you have planned so far. Do you have a general idea of how you want to organize this, what key components will be included, etc? For example, most diversity policies will have some sort of general statement in the beginning reaffirming the commitment to diversity, some of the efforts to promote it, and so forth.
