The company will have to install and test the system and then develop training materials. Each employee will be issued a new badge for use with the system ($25 each) and attend a one-hour training sessions; about 5 sessions will be needed to train the employees. The company hopes to improve time reporting accuracy and reduce the labor needed to process time and attendance with the new system.
