You are to create two pages in a website. Use HTML5 and JavaScript for this assignment.

a. For this assignment, create the index page and on it place a link to a second page. The site is one where you own a grocery store called Grocemart. and you sell fruits and vegetables online as well as in a storefront location.

b. Link the first page to the second page. This second page will provide a form that allows one to sign up an email list. It should ask for the email address, confirmation of that, first name, last name and phone number.

c. Use CSS to style your pages so you can link other pages to it for a common look.
