Assignment:

God imagery is an important element of a believer's relationship with God, because it is how we "see" the unseen. By creatively exploring your own God imagery and discussing the process of creation, you will more deeply understand the psychological correlates of this aspect of belief.

Part 1- Create a visual representation connected to your image of God. This should take the form of a multimedia project that explores God imagery and how your image(s) of God might be represented. Choose from one of the following multimedia formats:

Song: Instrumental, vocalized, spoken word, etc., poem, short story
Personal creedal statement
Fine art piece: painting, drawing, sculpture, collage, etc.
Interview
Script for a play or movie
Short dance
Other (If you choose "other", it must be expressible and an appropriate medium that will allow you to "present" it as a way of submittal.)

You may choose any aspect of God imagery that is pertinent to you. You may also choose to focus on more than one aspect of God imagery.

Part 2- Explanation: Include an audio/video or written explanation about the God imagery represented by your project. Include at least one reference to some of the findings on God imagery and one reference to a representative Bible verse related to this imagery. You may use resources and references provided this week or search for your own.

The explanation is in addition to the above project specs.
