Assignment: XYZ is a full-service law firm aiming to expand from being a leading regional firm to a nationally recognized firm offering services to large clients. Accordingly, XYZ has established an organizational strategy that promotes active community involvement by its attorneys to create a visible presence and positive reputation for the company. XYZ also strives to maintain highly competent and talented attorneys in each practice area so that there is always an expert available for specialized consultation. The organization's culture has long viewed all employees as a big family and has emphasized an egalitarian atmosphere to promote a collaborative work environment among all associates, not just among partners and/or attorneys at XYZ. In fact, XYZ attorneys frequently work together on various assignments, and many key decisions are made in these work teams.
