Case Study: As a student, I've seen firsthand how human behavior can pose challenges for a KM project. For instance, some students might not see the value in sharing their knowledge or may be concerned about the security of their information. Additionally, students may be busy with other things and simply not have the time to share their knowledge. These attitudes and behaviors can make it difficult for universities to successfully implement KM initiatives.

However, I also see the potential for collaborative technologies to facilitate KM. These technologies make it easier for students and faculty to share and access knowledge, leading to improved learning outcomes and a more dynamic learning environment.

Questions: Here are a few suggestions on how NLU could use collaborative technologies to manage knowledge:
