Question 2 - The post office involves customers; clerks, who receive letters/packages to be sent to the central dispatching warehouse, invoice customers, and prepare shipment to be distributed in the zone; and mailmen, who collect letters/shipments and deliver to houses in the zone. When a customer arrives to deliver mail, an order is made by the clerk, the system prepares the invoice to be paid by the customer, the clerk receives the payment and the order is finally created, this mail is then sent to the dispatching warehouse. The dispatching warehouse also sent mail for the zone, every mail is registered by the clerk and the systems prepares a schedule of work for the mailmen. Then, the mailmen arrive, pick up the work schedule from the system and deliver the mail.
