   1. Purpose of training
   2. Benefit of training
   3. Goals and Objectives:
      1. Goals: Goals are the outcomes you intend to achieve
         1. i.e., Include catering for each training day
      2. Objectives: objectives are the specific actions and measurable steps that you need to take to achieve a goal.
         1. i.e., order food for 20 people to be delivered by 1pm each day of training.
   4. Target Audience: Who will receive this training
      1. i.e., Licensed Social Workers
   5. Context: Where the training will take place
      1. i.e., Conventions center, Virtual
   6. Time-Line: Within how many days/hours will this training take place
   7.  Equipment: What equipment will be used to deliver this training
      1. i.e., MS Teams, Zoom, Overhead Projector, note pads, pens, pamphlets.
