Create a therapeutic story

Create a Therapeutic Story for someone you know. Create a main character that is similar in some way to the listener, i.e. develop rapport with the listener via the story character. Develop a situation that is similar to the listener's current situation and also any problems they may be experiencing. Choose a therapeutic intervention strategy that we practiced in class (Art Therapy: Adlerian: Cognitive: Solution Focused: Reality Therapy) and walk your main character through the therapeutic intervention. AND use at least TWO Hypnotic Language Patterns. (If you are having trouble finding Hypnotic Language Patterns, you can download onto your smart phone the cfor free and it gives you 70 hypnotic language patterns to use and practice.)

Then have a practice counseling session with the person you composed the story for.

Your Final Paper write up should have 1 page of Title Page. Minimum of 2 pages of your Therapeutic Story that you composed. Minimum of 2 pages narrating a summary with dialogue and outcome of the practice counseling session with your partner (similar to what we have been writing in previous homework assignments). A 1 page Appendix identifying the therapeutic intervention used in your story, and identifying the 2 Hypnotic Language Patterns used in your story.

Ex: On page 3, second paragraph, the main character is walked through the Miracle Question technique. (Cut and paste a quote so I can easily find it)

On page 4 the Hypnotic Language Pattern used was a Therapeutic Negative (Cut and paste a quote so I can easily find it)
