Create a table of decisions to be made

Assignment Help Business Management

For this activity, you will create a table of decisions to be made and the questions you would ask so you can make those decisions.

Consider Tesla, a manufacturer of electric cars. A small but growing manufacturer. In the context of Ford, which has more than 150 facilities worldwide, what decisions need to be made, and what questions would you have to ask to make those same decisions effectively, to determine what Tesla's Sales and parts distribution system should look like.

These same decisions and questions would get plugged into a spreadsheet like in the chapter to help you make your decision. So create a table for me and submit it for grading. Please include questions on how you would allocate capacities and which activities will be done where.

OK... so pretend I own Tesla, and I approach you and say, "now that I've seen the areas of decisions and questions you'd ask me, I think you need to take me through the process of designing my sales and parts distrivution system." What would that process look like?

Send me a diagam, or an outline, or a flowchart, or whatever format you want to use, of what the process would look like, that you're taking me through. I would expect at a minimum, 6-10 steps in the process.

Just what it would look like. No explanation needed or impact needed (unless you feel it's necessary)
