Instructions:

• In order to complete this test, you will need the file called "Excel Advanced Test" .

• The file has 2 sheets in it called ‘data video rentals' and ‘rental costs'

• Bring the cost for each rental and length of movie from the rental costs sheet into the data video rentals sheet using a formula (leave the formula in the spreadsheet)

• Using a pivot table create a summarized report showing the $ amount made per rental category and the number of videos rented per category

• Format the report for presentation

• Do not include the comedy numbers in your totals but do not delete any rows from any of your spreadsheets.
