Question 1: File, data structure and Database
Create a new Access file and save it with your name and ID.
Create a table with at least four fields to hold any domain that you suggest. The table should contain fields with data types "Date/Time", "Short Text", "Number" and "Yes/No".
Save the table with a meaningful name.
4. Insert 5 records in the table.
Queries
Create the following queries based on your table:
Query that views all fields of your table and has one constraint based on the field with "Short Text" as data type. The field should start with letter "A". Save it as Query 1.
Query that views specific defined fields of your table with field has value in range of two dates. Save it as Query2.
Query that views specifics defined fields of your table that have two constraints with relationship "and". Save it as Query3.
Query that views specifics defined fields of your table that have two constraints with relationship "or". Save it as Query4. .
Query that views all fields of your table that have three constraints with the two relationships "and" and "or". Save it as Query5. (3 Marks: 0.5 for fields and 0.5 for first criterion, 0.5 for second criterion, 0.5 for third criterion, 0.5 for "and" relationship and 0.5 for "or" relationship).
Forms
1. Create a justified form that views all records based on your table. Save the form by "your name_TableForm".
Create a tabular form that views all records based on a query you choose from those you created above. Save the form by "your name_QueryForm".
Reports
1. Create a Stepped report based on your table that views all information classified by one field with any summary calculation. Save the report by "your name_Report".
