Problem 1: Database Access
Tables
1. Create a new Access file and save it with your name and ID. 2. Create a table with 4 fields to hold any domain that you suggest. All fields should be with different data types.(5 Marks:1 for primary key, 1 for each field)3. Save the table with a meaningful name.4. Insert 5 records in the table.
Queries
Create the following queries based on your table:
1. Query that views all fields of your table that have one field equal to specific value. Save it as Query 1. 2. Query that views specific defined fields of your table with field has value less than an exact value. Save it as Query2. 3. Query that views specifics defined fields of your table that have two constraints with relationship "and". Save it as Query3. 4. Query that views specifics defined fields of your table that have two constraints with relationship "or". Save it as Query4.
Forms
1. Create a justified Form that views all records based on your table. Save the form by "your name_Form".
Reports
1. Create a Stepped report based on your table that views all information classified by one field. Save the report by "your name_Report".
