Question: You are given a problem and need to create a state transition diagram, truth tables, Karnaugh maps, minimum Sum-Of-Products equations to solve the problem.

You are to then implement the solution in the Logisim logic simulator. Only D flip flops and NAND gates are allowed in the solution.
