Square Ltd, has undertaken a strategy of market penetration so as to increase sales rapidly in its Dhaka region. The sales manager plans to achieve this objective by increasing market presence through field sales representative. As such, he has sent an urgent requisition to the HR for recruiting 50 additional sales representatives who can be deployed immediately, Assume you are an executive at the HR dept. of Square Ltd. You know that the number of field sales representatives over the past 4 years were 500, 525, 560 and 590 respectively. The actual sales in the recent most year was Tk. 60 crore and targeted sales for the upcoming year is Tk. 70 crore.
