The purpose of this assignment is to create a short but comprehensive three--year business plan for a new for--profit business venture. You will then benchmark your plan against plans.

The plan should be a maximum of 8 pages, including financial information as per below.

The objective of this assignment is to benchmark your business plan against two of your peers.

PART A

Provide a detailed report comparing and evaluating each of the following components for each of the plans:
1 The business opportunity [max 1 page]
2 The sales and marketing strategy [max 1 page] 3/ The operational strategy [max 1 page]
4 The financial plans [max 1 page]

PART B
You are then required to provide recommendations to improve each of the three business plans (including your own). [max 1 page]

The plan should also be presented in a logical and appealing manner.

You should use 12 point Arial font and line spacing should be minimum of 1.15. Students are expected to spend approximately 16 hours on this task Assignments.
