Welsh artist Mick Petts raised a large and high natural sculpture integrated to the landscape and the soil in the Parc Penalta in Caerphilly, South Wales, England.

Sultan the Pit Pony represents a horse on an extent of 200 meters. This artwork was built with 60 000 tons of coal and shale ; to recall the fact that horses were used, from the 18th to the 20th century, to carry ore from the coal mines. It can be seen below.
