Description - Use the website (Code of Federal Regulations | GovInfo, Title 29 - Labor) create a scenario for personnel selection. The scenario should include:

1. A scenario where a validty study would be acceptable to use in personnel selection (i.e., law enforcement agencies, intelligence communities, selection committees)

2. Discuss at least two adverse impacts the choice of test could have on a demographic or population.

3. What would be specific discrimination issues that would be addressed.

4. Discuss the technical standards that would be implemented into the appropriate use of a validity study in personnel selection.

You should have a one page report and be sure to use sub headings to answer each question.
