Create a sample grant proposal for a community program of your choice. Your proposal should include a sample budget sheet, and contain all of the following components:

Your completed proposal should also address each of the following questions:

How do you plan to do it?
What type of budget will you need?
How are you planning to manage your budget, your personnel, and your program?
How will the results be evaluated?

Your complete proposal should be 3-5 pages in length, and should adhere to APA guidelines.
