It's March, 2021. One of your friends needs your help. You just received a panicked email from Lily, a friend that you've known for many years. Lily just started working as a research associate on the Human Capital team for the Conference Board of Canada (a Canadian not-for-profit think tank). One of her first assignments in this role is to put together a research proposal for her manager, Davide. In her interview, Lily said that the research topic that most interests her is "the impacts of COVID-19 on workplaces." Lily just found out that Davide wants her to present her research question tomorrow during the team's morning Zoom call.

In her email to you, Lily asked for your help to define a research question for this topic. Right now, her research question is "How has COVID-19 impacted Canadian workplaces?" Based on what you are learning this week in MBAA 511, you think you can help!
