Case: Create a progress monitoring meeting template and describe how all team members will be involved in the process/meeting

All students receive progress reports but SPE students have an additional progress report based on their IEP goals. Meetings with parents will proceed along with regular parent/teacher conferences but must include details about the IEP, such as progress on goals and objectives, are accommodations and modifications appropriate? Are the services that are provided appropriate? To prepare for these meetings, create a progress monitoring meeting template that you would share during your parent/teacher conference. Include topics that need to be covered from the IEP. Include at least 10 items on your template.
Next create a responsibility list for all IEP team members. For before, during and after the meeting what are the responsibilities for progress monitoring for the following:
SPE teacher, teacher, related service providers, parents and students. This may be done in a list fashion
