You would like to create a new model of care where your providers can conduct some of the office visits in the patients' home. Below are your assumptions:

-Staffing needs: 1 APRN at $98,000/salary and 36% fringe.
-Equipment needs: 1 laptop ($1700), software ($8,000), peripherals ($12,000)
-Transportation and supply costs: $20/visit
-You can expect an average insurance reimbursement of $65/visit.
