One recommendation would be to include as the second column, a description of exactly what you will be looking for in terms of each criteria so the reader isn't left to try and interpret what you might have might. For your first evaluation, you labeled the website "UOPX Virtual Organizations" instead of providing the name of the actual virtual organization that you chose to use for your project.
