Question: Write a paper describing the knowledge, skills, and abilities you will need to get from where you are now to your dream job. My goal for this assignment is for you to have a real, actionable plan. This paper should be 2 pages double-spaced of your narrative not including the title page, figures/diagrams, references, and the appendix. (Size expectation: 500-800 words)

Use a job search site (Indeed, LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, etc.) to find an open, highly compensated position at an organization at where you would want to work. This position can be at any organization anywhere in the world. Dream big and aim high! Include the link and text about the position in your paper's Appendix named "Appendix A - My Dream Job (a screen shot will also suffice).

Step 2. Describe dream job.

In a paragraph or two, describe the skills and abilities for your dream job and set a goal to attain these skills in less than five years. Summarize this position in a paragraph or more. Why would you want to work for this company in this role?
