Include a brief overview of what your store sells, conduct a marketing analysis, two framework analysis pieces (choose from SWOT, VRIO, PESTEL, or Five Forces), a STP (segmentation, targeting, and positioning) strategy/sample work, a plan to move customers through the funnel, and a store layout.
