Objective of this Assignment:

Create a personal fitness program that address your specific needs.

Instruction

State your current fitness levels and goal of the program.

The program must include a combination of Cardiovascular, muscular strength and endurance that support the student's goal.
Your assignment must include one weeks' worth of workouts each with a warm.
