The word CREATE means you are to produce these documents yourself - a copy of these documents taken off the internet will NOT be accepted as your own work. Remember this is a test of your knowledge- it is not a test of your ability to copy and paste - this assignment is a learning exercise not a copying exercise If you have trouble with the assignment speaks to me in class. Please do not email me questions it is too difficult to give a clear answer to on an assignment question. Please note that some forms need to be filled up and can be found online from (ASIC). The instructions have been provided already. Make sure that you put detailed rules. For example if speaking of shares include timing and cases and what has been given for taking away the voting rights.
