The weather conditions are mostly summer over the year. The beach before the property belongs to the new resort. The area of the property is for the building and a garden around, plus the piece of beach in front. Outdoor pools are allowed, Golf is not. An airport is connected.

This resort should be attractive for residents who are representing the typical part of the silver generation: rather wealthy, active, and with a distinct affinity to sports and active recreation.
