Research three policies that one or more companies have implemented to create a more inclusive workplace environment. You will then write a paper of three to four pages, responding to the following prompts:

  1. Describe each policy that was implemented;
  2. Identify any specific underrepresented groups that the policies are meant to represent/create inclusion for and describe the challenges that the groups face when it comes to inclusion in the workplace;
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of each policy (for example: does each policy actually create an inclusive environment - why or why not?);
  4. Describe any changes that you would implement to make each policy more effective. If you believe that each policy is as effective as it can be, support your conclusion with information from the scholarly literature, or credible data sources.
