Scenario - JSH LIMITED IS IN THE PROCESS OF A MASSIVE CHANGE TO THEIR SUPPLY AND VALUE CHAIN PROCESSES, WHICH WILL REQUIRE STRONG LEADERSHIP. AS THE OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE, YOU HAVE BEEN TASKED WITH CREATING A LEADERSHIP PROFILE TO HELP JSH IN THEIR TRANSFORMATION. THE CEO HAS REQUESTED THAT YOU PULL TOGETHER AN ASSESSMENT OF LEADERSHIP PRINCIPLES NEEDED FOR THE NEW CHANGE FOR AN UPCOMING MEETING WITH THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS.
