Draft a screening process that outlines the following:

  • The purpose of the process (why it's necessary and will provide value to the organization);
  • The various methods that will be used for screening job applicants (you must choose a minimum of 4 screening methods);
  • Who in the organization will be responsible for executing the steps involved (choose fictitious positions that you think would be available within medium to large-sized HR department);
  • How the process will be evaluated.
