The company has done well, and over time, you have been able to implement profit-sharing plans, health and wellness benefits programs, and social events that have built strong workplace culture. Over the last couple of years, the company's workforce has been aging and as a skills shortage has taken hold, more employees are being asked to take on additional breadth and scope to their work, as well as extra workload. People are starting to complain of being underpaid, as well as talk about unionizing.
