Question: ExerciseVector Illustrations
Create a graphic vector illustration in Adobe Illustrator of either your own portrait or image, or someone you know. This illustration can be based on a photograph, or from observations IRL - the only requirement for photographs is that you, or someone you know, must have taken it.
This completed graphic can be a direct trace - as it is in the tutorial video - or a digital free-hand illustration using the photograph as a reference. Any number of colors can be applied, and you can decide whether to work primarily with shapes, or with lines, or any combination of the two. The portrait can also be either geometric and angular or organic and curved.
Requirements / Limitations:
1. The final graphic must be based on a photographic portrait or self portrait, or from observations in-real-life. You, or someone you know, must have taken the photograph, if one is used. In other words, you need to have permission to use the photograph.
2. The final graphic cannot be made with Image Trace, Live Trace, or any other automated vector creation / tracing process.
3. The final graphic should include a background color that is intentional (if its white, it should relate to the other color choices you made with your graphic)
4. The final graphic for the submission should not include the original photograph.
