Apply project management tools and a PM outline type of your choice to structure and plan the project by defining, planning, and controlling. The project will be a continuation of how to improve the process you chose.

Create 10 to 12 slides PowerPoint presentation (supported by Excel and Word as needed), with detailed speaker notes, that includes the following:

I. Project description- The project must meet the criteria for a Complex Project and may be any project of your choosing.
1. Project Management Charts
2. Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
3. Critical Path using Critical Path Method
4. Gantt Chart using information from WBS and Critical Path
5. Project Budget
6. Project Team Structure

II. Meeting cadence/rhythm and timing can be shown as an activity on the Gantt Chart.

III. Metrics to measure the project's success including the success of the project (Project Triangle) and the of the final deliverable (Product or service).

IV. Financial and budgetary considerations the budget must be detailed to the extent possible (Chapter 19.7). Include appropriate chart.

V. Description of the project reporting structure refers to the project team structure (Figure 19.12)
