Design a webpage for a DEI rally within a fictional organization. The rally will occur on a date that you select in the near future. The rally is timely as there have been many impactful events that have occurred within your organization in the last year that warrant awareness. This is a difficult topic and you would like to promote wide attendance and appeal to a broad audience.

You will:

1. Organize website content according to text concepts and guidance

2. Create a draft first- and then a final version, ( you will include both copies in your final deliverable)

3. Use a "you" attitude in your messaging

4. Emphasize the positive

5. Use plain language

6. Design for quick readability

7. Design for possible mobile device messaging

8. You will create a narrative to correlate with each concept that you highlight. Your narrative will be 3-4 sentences.
