The database needs to include the following: A table with at least six fields Change the field size for at least two of the fields Change the format of at least one of the fields At least ten records At least two different data types for the fields Set a primary key Create a simple form for your table Create a report with a meaningful title Add a validation rule and validation text to a field Add a default value for a field Add a lookup field (not multivalued) Make at least one field required Resize the columns in datasheet view to best fit and save the changes to the structure.
