Review the scenario below and complete it by designing a database using the ER tool available at MySQL Workbench.

HOSPITAL DATABASE PROJECT
A hospital contains many departments. Each department has nurses and doctors. Each doctor is responsible for many different patients. A patient can have an appointment with several doctors. In order to track the history of appointments, it is mandatory to include the date when patient en- tered the hospital and the date when he/she left. A nurse and/or a doctor can work in only one department. A patient during its life period can be treated in many different departments. Each department have rooms where several patients are assigned. A patient can be assigned to many different rooms during its life period. Nurses are responsible for rooms, but not patients. Each room can have more than one nurse. When you are going to model your database consider the attributes each one of your entities will need, and their relationships.

Additional Requirements:

- Database must be normalized to 3rd normal form.
- Make sure to include primary/foreign keys where appropriate and Auto Increment at- tribute.

Once you have your model file, the script for the model, and a screenshot of the model, combine them together and submit to the Project 2 drop box (YourName- DB-Project2).
