Find a software solution for the following Acme Warehouse scenario:

You are a contract software engineering team, and Acme Warehouse is your client. Acme Warehouse would like to create a contact management application for their expanding customer list. Acme is currently using some commercial product for their needs but is finding that the software just does not have the capabilities they would like.
