3) Conflict should be based on a difference of opinions as would be observed in a collaboration where the two parties are participants in the conflict resolution, rather than a performance or Human Resources conflict that may require a more prescribed or directed solution. (Explain in detail)

4) Write two character descriptions differently (Character 1 and character 2) that will include the "personality styles and traits" that will be acted in the conflict scenario. (Explain in detail)

5) Identify and explain the conflict resolution steps that you plan to practice in the scenario to resolve the conflict. (Explain in detail)

Step 2: Define the Parties

Are all parties that are involved included in the discussion?

Step 3: Get the Parties to the Table

You may want to visit individuals prior to the meeting - to reassure them it is not a "personal attack" and to answer any specific questions

Step 4: Help the Parties Define Their Interests

Ask them - what matters to you? May want to write this information down
