• Expropriation: Governmental action to dispossess a foreign company or investor. Compensation should be provided in a "prompt, effective, and adequate manner". When no compensation is provided, it is called confiscation. For example: An individual is carried our whole and they are given the compensation very quickly.
• Nationalization: A government takes control of some or all of the enterprises in an entire industry. Acceptable according to international law if satisfies public purpose and includes compensation. For example: First he said that give me the 10% share then he can be given that compensation.

Question 1 (b):

Infringement of Intellectual Property: There are three types of infringement of intellectual property. They are given below-

1. Counterfeiting: Counterfeiting means a copied product which is copied from another the product brand. As an example I was copied Bata shoes but I was used the Bata brand name as my showroom name.

2. Associative Counterfeiting: Associative counterfeiting means a copied product which is modified. As an example I was copied the Bata's products but I was set my brand name Pata.

3. Piracy: Piracy means copy right. As an example YouTube. If I copied other YouTube's video and post my YouTube channel then my channel will be banned.

Question 2:

If I want to become a global brand leader in furniture industry then I should utilize the guidelines of global brand leadership. Global Brand Leadership means using organizational structures, processes, and cultures to allocate brand-building resources globally, to create global synergies, and to develop a global brand strategy that coordinates and leverages country brand strategies. I have to follow some guidelines also they are given below-

Guidelines for Developing Global Brand Leadership
• Create a compelling value proposition- First I have to create a compelling value proposition.
• Then think about all elements of brand identity and select names, marks, and symbols that have the potential for globalization.
• Then research the alternatives of extending a national brand versus adopting a new brand identity globally.
• Develop a company-wide communication system- Then I have to develop a company communication which can be helped for creating a good communication system entire the world.
• Develop a consistent planning process- Then I have to develop a consistent planning process which should be consistent as a long period of time.
• Assign specific responsibility for managing branding issues- I have also assigned a specific responsibility for managing my branding issues.
• Execute brand-building strategies- I have to maintain good strategies for my brand.
• Harmonize, unravel confusion, and eliminate complexity.
