Executive summary: Write a 250-word abstract or summary of what you did in the case study or business report
Introduction: Introduces the case, including the background and any previous studies of the issue.
Background: Brief background of the country selected - Reason for selecting this country - a brief current politico-economic situation of the country - - use PESTLE (Political, Economic, Social, Technological, Legal and Environmental factors) for comparison - just 1-2 lines each key area (no need to go into detail)
Scope: Describe the purpose of the study and the specific questions you are trying to answer.
Comparison Matrix: write briefly in a table format Contracts, Employment, Intellectual Property, and Torts law in Australia and the comparator country
Analysis of Key Issues Identified: write briefly about in short paragraphs your critical analysis regarding Contracts, Employment, Intellectual Property and Torts law in Australia and the comparator country
