In order to successfully implement a work plan it must be effectively communicated to the team and management. 

1. Create a communication strategy which covers the following:
   • The background, reason and context for the communication activity.
   • The desired outcome of the communication.
   • Outline of main points to be communicated.
   • The people that will receive the communication (name and title).
   • Environment or personnel related factors that should be considered.
   • At least 4 available methods (channel) of communication
   • Of the above methods which will be used for the communication required.
   • Potential barriers to this communication and how you will overcome them.
   • How this communication strategy will incorporate a respectful, ethical, positive and appropriate approach.
   • Documentation or records required (if any).
